Current Projects

Bay Street Apartments

Location: 429 Bay Street, Port Orchard, WA

Project Size: 68,832 SF

Project Description: Ground up build of a four-story multi-family, mixed use apartment building.

College Mercantile

Location: WA

Project Size: 16,185 SF

Project Description: Ground-up construction of a new one-store tilt-up concrete building with six potential lease spaces.

KCR Manette Homes

Location: WA

Project Size: 68,832 SF

Project Description: Nine-unit affordable housing apartments. Partnering with Kitsap Community Resources, Kitsap County, City of Bremerton, and working with tribal and civic partners, this project will bring more affordable housing to Bremerton. A fun fact, this project is formally named, šəqusəbali, “Place to Hold Your Head Up,” by the Suquamish Tribe to honor the land’s indigenous heritage.
