OUR STORY
A family story.
Every company starts somewhere. For BJC, that story began in the greater Seattle region, where Robert Baglio founded the business in 1996 with a simple belief: that good construction starts with trust.
What began as a small, family-run builder quickly earned a reputation for honesty, craftsmanship and a hands-on approach that treated every client like a partner. As our portfolio grew across Washington and the Pacific Northwest, our mission stayed the same: build with integrity and care for the communities we serve.
When Robert’s son, Brennan, opened our Nashville branch, it wasn’t just an expansion, it was a continuation. Family roots led us south, bringing BJC’s transparent, relationship-driven model to a new region while keeping the same foundation that built our name.
Nearly 30 years later, that commitment remains unchanged. We’re still family-run. We’re still relationship-first. And we’re still building structures and partnerships that last.
